Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the TwoClick Golf website, Studio, mobile app, public-site audit, builder, and publishing tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Authorized use

You may audit public golf-course websites only when you own, operate, represent, or are otherwise authorized to assess the course’s public digital presence. You may not use TwoClick Golf to access private systems, bypass security, interfere with third-party services, or submit unlawful or misleading content.

Audit scope

Scores are provisional assessments based on a bounded sample of publicly available evidence. “Not observed” means the audit did not find an item; it does not prove that the item does not exist. TwoClick Golf does not certify accessibility, privacy, security, legal compliance, search rankings, traffic, bookings, or revenue outcomes.

Your content and course systems

You retain ownership of content you submit. You represent that you have permission to use and publish it. Tee sheets, point-of-sale systems, CRMs, booking providers, and other third-party services remain governed by their own terms. TwoClick Golf does not control their availability, transactions, or data.

Accounts and billing

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting access to your sign-in provider. Paid implementation and operating services are purchased through TwoClick Golf’s web checkout and are subject to the offer presented at purchase. Mobile-store apps do not sell or unlock subscriptions inside the app.

Service changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We will use reasonable efforts to preserve access to saved course projects and provide notice when a material service change requires customer action.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, TwoClick Golf disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or third-party systems.

Termination

You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may restrict use that violates these terms, threatens the service, or harms others. Account deletion may cancel an active TwoClick subscription; legally required transaction records may be retained.
